Our Promise to you is quite simple; We Absolutely Guarantee Your Complete Satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase within the first 30 days from the date of purchase we want you to return it. You can initiate a return request by sending us an email at info@ruumie.space with item name and order confirmation number. We will share a return label and instructions with you to ship the products back to us.

We ask that all items are returned in their original selling condition (with original packaging, tags and/or labels). Please note that all items will be inspected when they reach our warehouse and will be sent back if they are found to be in an unsuitable condition.

Ruumie only covers return shipping charges for items that are defective, items that look different to the image on the website, for incorrectly delivered items, or items not delivered in original packaging.

Refund Policy
You will receive emails throughout the return process. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days.
